Terms and Conditions

All services are secured by credit card, advance payment or billed to the customer's established account. DC Livery accepts the following modes of payment:

American Express | MasterCard | Visa | Discover | PayPal | ACH | Cash App | Venmo | Payoneer

TIP or Gratuities are not mandatory, DC Livery does not encourage its chauffeurs or transportation service providers to collect gratuities, any gratuity or cash handed to the chauffeur is at customer's discretion.

Current rates are best estimated on booking confirmations and quotes. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate. A 15% STC (Surface Transportation Charge) is calculated on the total fare plus the additional charges if applicable including but not limited to Meet and greet, airport fee, tolls, parking, cell phone usage, holiday surcharge, additional wait time, empty travel/drive time to & from local facilty aka base & or any other out of pocket expense incurred during the trip(s), will be added to the invoice if applicable depending upon city, service type and billing terms.

Rate may be calculated based on the time it takes to complete a trip base to base, distance, or a combination of both.

Airport transfer, point to Point, transfer service (Executive Sedans, Luxury SUV & Limousine)

Airport transfer, point to point, transfer reservations; wait time will be charged after grace period is elapsed. Wait time is calculated at hourly rate of the particular vehicle and is charged at the increment of 15 minutes. Grace period is defined as forty-five (45) minutes at the commercial airports and fifteen (15) minutes all other locations beyond the scheduled pick up time. Due to uncertainty of schedule and last minute delays of private planes & trains, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving more than 15 minutes late, unless change in arrival scheduled occurs more than 2 hours plus the travel time from the local facility.

Passenger requested stop(s) en route during a transfer reservation will be charged stop fee and wait time at the stop. wait time is calculated at hourly rate of the particular vehicle and is charged at the increment of 15 minute. Passenger requested stops off route for transfer reservations, rate may be charged based on the distance, time or combination of both.

Cancellations, Changes & No Shows

Point-to-Point and airport reservations (Less then 100 Miles) - Sedans & SUVs

US and Canada: Cancellation or change of sedans & SUVs for transfer and airport reservations within 4 hour of scheduled pick-up time will result in Late-Cancel and a full charge.

Outside USA & Canada: Cancellation or change of sedans & SUVs for transfer and airport reservations within 24 hour of scheduled pick-up time will result in Late-Cancel and a full charge.

Hourly Charter, Event and Point-to-Point (Long Distance above 100 Miles) services Sedan & SUVs

Cancellation or change of sedans & SUVs for hourly charter, events and long distance transfers (more then 100 miles) service within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge.

Hourly Charter, Event and Transfer services - Stretch Limousines, Vans, Mini Bus & Motor Coach

Cancellation or change of Stretch Limousines, VAN, Mini Bus & Motor Coach for hourly charter, Event and Transfer services for event(s) within 7 days of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge. 'NO SHOW' is when passenger fails to arrive at the designated location or to contact DC Livery within an hour of scheduled pick up time. 'No show' fee equal to a full charge of the trip plus service fee plus applicable wait time.

Client agrees that there will be no smoking, no alcoholic beverages and no illegal drugs consumed in the vehicles. In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate the service without any refunds. Client holds DC Livery harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party. Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by his/her party during service, either willfully or accidentally. DC Livery will try its best effort to locate any lost items but will not be held responsible for damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle. DC Livery its affiliates, transportation service providers or drivers shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions, and breakdowns. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement/reservation. The above term and conditions may be modified time to time based on the market, availability of vehicles, reservations dates. All changes that are mutually agreed upon in writing or confirmed at the time of the reservation will supersede. The rates genrated or published on webiste are subject to change without notice.
