Billing

Rides are billed to the customer's credit card. DC Livery accepts the following cards:

  • American Express
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Discover

An 20% service fee is calculated on the total fare and following additional charges will be billed when applicable:

  • Airport pick up fee
  • Additional stops
  • Wait time
  • Holiday surcharges
  • Cell phone usage
  • Early/Late charges
  • Travel fee

All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.

Transfers / Airport Service ( Executive Sedans, Luxury SUV & Limousine)

For all Transfers reservations, wait time will be charged at $12.50 per fifteen (15) minutes increment once the grace period has elapsed for executive sedan.
$17 per fifteen (15) minutes increment once the grace period has elapsed for Luxury SUVs & Limousines Grace period is defined as forty-five (45) minutes at the airports and fifteen (15) minutes all other locations beyond the scheduled pick up time. DC Livery does not monitor private flights & train schedules, therefore wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.
Passenger requested stop(s) on route during a transfer reservation will be charged at ($12.50 for executive sedans) ($17 for SUVs) per Stop plus wait time ($12.50 for executive sedans) ($17 for SUVs) per 15 minute increment.
Passenger requested stops off route for transfer reservations, charges will revert to the prevailing DC Livery hourly rate.

Holidays

A 25% U.S. holiday surcharge, based on the fare, stop and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on:

  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day / Eve
  • New Year's Day / Eve

Hourly / Events Services

All Hourly / Event Services vehicle types will be billed at the prevailing DC Livery hourly rate or Package rate quoted while reservation. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.

Cancellation & No Show

Executive Sedans & SUV Service

Cancellation or change of sedans & SUVs Reservations within four (3) hour of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the service fee.

A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus service fee plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.

To avoid a 'no show' fee call 1-800-786-6630 if you cannot locate your sedan.

Stretch Limousines, VAN, Mini Bus & Motor Coach

Cancellation or change with in 15 Days of scheduled pick-up time for Stretch Limousine & Van will result in a full charge equal to quoted fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.
Cancellation with in 15 Days For Mini Bus & Motor Coach of scheduled pick-up will result in a 50% charge equal to the Quoted fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.

A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20% service fee plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.

To avoid a 'no show' fee call 1-800-786-6630 if you cannot locate your Vehicle.

Other

Client agrees that there will be no smoking, no illegal drugs brought or consumed in the vehicle and no alcoholic beverages consumed by passengers under 21 of age in our vehicle.
In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate the service without any refunds.
Client holds DC Livery harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party.
Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by his/her party during service, either willfully or accidentally.
Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement.
DC Livery assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
DC Livery shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
